Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable system architectures that anticipate the demands of 2026 and beyond, specifically focusing on AI and Quantum integration.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Guide a team of engineers in researching and prototyping next-generation software solutions.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop long-term technical strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring we stay ahead of industry trends.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and data scientists to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Maintain high standards of code quality through rigorous reviews and mentorship of junior developers.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural designs adhere to the highest standards of data privacy and security.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go; deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- AI Expertise: Strong background in Machine Learning pipelines and Neural Network architecture.
- Strategic Thinking: Exceptional ability to foresee technological shifts and adapt architectural plans accordingly.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
