Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the architectural vision for the next major product cycle, ensuring alignment with our long-term strategic goals and the technological landscape of 2026.
- Lead High-Performance Teams: Mentor and guide senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- System Design: Design resilient, scalable, and secure microservices architectures that can handle massive concurrent loads and complex data streams.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Quantum-ready protocols into existing systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Technical Strategy: Establish coding standards, architectural patterns, and best practices to ensure code quality and maintainability across the organization.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical debt and architectural risks early in the development lifecycle to prevent future bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent professional experience is highly valued.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and orchestration (Terraform, Helm).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of machine learning pipelines, neural networks, and how to integrate AI into production environments.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems with innovative solutions.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, TOGAF) are a plus.
