Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance technology architectures for future-forward projects.
- Lead AI Integration: Spearhead the integration of advanced AI and machine learning models into core products to enhance user experience and automation.
- Roadmap Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for the 2026 release cycle, identifying emerging technologies like Quantum Computing and Neuromorphic Engineering.
- Prototype Development: Build proof-of-concepts for emerging web technologies, including Web3 and spatial computing, ensuring feasibility and scalability.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor senior engineers and junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all future-facing systems adhere to strict security standards and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and distributed systems; familiarity with blockchain and AI frameworks.
- Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think outside the box and apply futuristic concepts to practical business problems.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
