Responsibilities
- Conducting deep-dive research into 2026 tech trends to inform and prioritize our product roadmap.
- Overseeing the strategic integration of advanced AI agents and Large Language Models (LLMs) into enterprise workflows.
- Leading cross-functional workshops to align engineering, design, and business units on long-term, 3-year goals.
- Identifying and mitigating technical risks associated with adopting emerging technologies.
- Developing a scalable technical architecture that prioritizes security, interoperability, and ethical AI.
- Partnering with external research labs to stay ahead of quantum computing breakthroughs.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, technical product management, or systems architecture.
- Demonstrated history of leading successful digital transformations in high-growth environments.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI capabilities, limitations, and enterprise deployment strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business value.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with strategic planning frameworks and foresight methodologies.
