Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: Proven experience in high-level technical strategy, with a strong focus on long-term forecasting and roadmap planning.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization technologies (Kubernetes/Docker).
- AI & Data Fluency: Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence integration, Machine Learning pipelines, and Big Data architecture.
- Leadership Experience: Minimum of 7+ years in software engineering with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or technical leadership role.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to deconstruct complex problems into elegant, scalable solutions.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
