- Architect scalable, next-generation software solutions leveraging emerging technologies.
- Identify and evaluate high-potential technologies (e.g., AGI, Quantum Encryption) for integration.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts.
- Communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Drive innovation culture and mentor junior architects in future tech trends.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Architecture, Systems Engineering, or Product Strategy.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Distributed Systems.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams in a high-growth environment.
- Strong understanding of ethical implications and regulatory frameworks for future tech.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a "futurist" mindset.
