Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for 2026 and beyond, aligning with business objectives.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of cutting-edge technologies such as Generative AI, Quantum Readiness, and Advanced Automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design robust, scalable architectural frameworks that drive competitive advantage.
- Identify emerging market trends and potential disruptors, presenting actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Oversee pilot programs and proof-of-concepts for futuristic technologies.
- Ensure all architectural strategies adhere to security standards and regulatory compliance.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers on emerging tech trends.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, architecture, or product management.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for stakeholders.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
