Responsibilities
- Spearhead R&D: Define and execute the technical roadmap for technologies expected to mature by 2026, including advanced AI models and decentralized networks.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data loads and real-time neural processing.
- Strategic Leadership: Mentor a team of elite engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and rapid prototyping.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate futuristic concepts into market-ready solutions.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related STEM field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and distributed systems. Experience with quantum computing libraries is a major plus.
