Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap aligned with company goals and market trends.
- Identify emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum) and assess their viability for implementation.
- Lead cross-functional research and development initiatives to prototype future solutions.
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate futuristic tech into current product lines.
- Present strategic visions and roadmaps to stakeholders and investors with high-level impact.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers in strategic thinking and innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, R&D, or enterprise architecture.
- Proven track record of leading technology roadmaps and forecasting industry trends.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud infrastructure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex tech concepts into business value.
- Certification in TOGAF, AWS, or Azure Architecture is a plus.
