Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing, AR/VR) for integration.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic concepts into actionable engineering specifications.
- Oversee the prototyping and proof-of-concept phase for high-impact future initiatives.
- Establish governance frameworks for future technology adoption and risk management.
- Stay ahead of global tech trends to provide strategic insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Systems Architecture, or Product Strategy.
- Proven track record of leading strategic technology transitions and digital transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture.
- Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical leadership.
- Experience in Agile environments with a focus on long-term strategic planning.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
