Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic planning process to identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, AR/VR) into our core infrastructure.
- Technology Roadmap: Create and manage a detailed technology roadmap for the 2026 fiscal year, aligning technical capabilities with business goals.
- Prototype & Validate: Spearhead proof-of-concept initiatives to validate new tech stacks before full-scale deployment.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Communicate complex technical strategies to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders with clarity and conviction.
- Team Mentorship: Recruit and mentor top-tier engineering talent, fostering a culture of continuous learning and futuristic thinking.
- Risk Management: Assess the technical risks associated with adopting bleeding-edge technologies and develop mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering or architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and machine learning paradigms.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate business requirements into robust technical architectures.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; able to present to C-Suite executives.
- Adaptability: A passion for learning new technologies and a track record of staying ahead of industry trends.
