Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Design and articulate the comprehensive technical roadmap for the company, specifically targeting key milestones and innovations leading up to 2026.
- Emerging Tech Research: Identify, evaluate, and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Advanced AI, Web3) to integrate into our core product suite.
- System Architecture: Oversee the design of scalable, resilient systems that can withstand future demands and technological shifts.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Talent & Culture: Lead the engineering vision and mentor a high-performance team of developers and engineers.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic advisory role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), machine learning frameworks, and distributed systems.
- Visionary Mindset: Proven track record of forecasting industry trends and implementing long-term strategic plans.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
