Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 fiscal year, focusing on AI integration, Edge Computing, and Quantum Readiness.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, resilient, and high-performance software architectures that support future growth and emerging tech stacks.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Lead the evaluation and integration of next-generation technologies, ensuring they align with business goals and technical feasibility.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical requirements into actionable strategies for product managers, investors, and executive leadership.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all future-proofed systems adhere to the highest standards of data security and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior engineering role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Java, or Go, with hands-on experience in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of anticipating industry trends and implementing long-term technical strategies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Problem Solving: Ability to deconstruct complex problems and design elegant, scalable solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
