Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Design and oversee the long-term technical roadmap for 2026, ensuring alignment with business goals and emerging technological trends.
- AI Integration: Lead the architecture for next-generation Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning systems, ensuring scalability and ethical AI practices.
- Technical Vision: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., edge computing, neuromorphic chips) to integrate into our core infrastructure.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for C-suite executives and product managers.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all future-forward architectures adhere to the highest standards of data security and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure), distributed systems, and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch).
- Foresight: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological shifts and implement proactive architectural changes.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through complex digital transformations.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
