Responsibilities
- Design and implement the 2026 Technology Roadmap aligned with long-term business objectives.
- Lead the integration of emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, AR/VR) into existing legacy systems.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for high-impact technical initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation strategies and product evolution.
- Establish enterprise architectural standards to ensure scalability, security, and performance.
- Provide mentorship to junior engineers and architects on advanced technical concepts.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or technical strategy.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives and roadmap planning.
- Expert knowledge of cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML pipelines, data governance, and ethical implementation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
