Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Collaborate with product and executive leadership to outline the technology stack and architectural shifts required for our 2026 launch and beyond.
- Prototype Next-Gen Systems: Spearhead proof-of-concept projects for emerging technologies, including advanced AI integration and decentralized networks.
- System Scalability Planning: Design resilient, scalable architectures capable of handling exponential user growth and data complexity.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor engineering teams and drive alignment between technical vision and business objectives.
- Security & Compliance: Establish security protocols that are proactive rather than reactive, ensuring robust protection against future threats.
- Vendor & Technology Evaluation: Identify and assess third-party technologies and partnerships that align with our 2026 vision.
Qualifications
- 10+ Years Experience: Extensive background in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and translate them into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Master’s Degree: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in cloud computing (AWS/Azure), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and serverless architectures.
- AI & ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning lifecycles and integration points.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
