Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and development of the 2026 simulation engine, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Define and implement robust software architecture patterns using modern languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Quantum Research) to integrate advanced AI models into the core platform.
- Conduct code reviews, technical debt assessments, and architectural reviews to maintain code quality.
- Drive innovation in predictive modeling and real-time data processing.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and reliability across all deployed infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software architecture and full-stack development.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with high-performance computing (HPC) and simulation software.
- Familiarity with quantum computing concepts and post-quantum cryptography is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
