What You'll Do:
We are looking for a leader who can bridge the gap between theoretical innovation and practical application. Your mission is to design systems that are not just functional today, but resilient and adaptable for the future.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical vision for 2026, identifying emerging trends like Agentic AI and Neuro-Symbolic computing.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, fault-tolerant microservices architectures capable of handling next-gen data loads.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Vendor & Tech Stack Management: Evaluate and select next-generation technologies, ensuring they align with long-term business goals.
- Proof of Concepts (PoC): Lead the development of high-fidelity PoCs to validate new technologies before full-scale implementation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into actionable development plans.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), Kubernetes, and serverless architectures.
- Future Tech Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Generative AI models, Large Language Models (LLMs), or Quantum computing paradigms.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
