Responsibilities
- Strategic Foresight: Analyze emerging technology trends (e.g., AI agents, quantum interfaces) to build a robust 2026 technology roadmap.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems capable of handling next-generation AI workloads.
- Prototype Development: Lead the end-to-end development of proof-of-concept prototypes for futuristic technologies.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, security, and engineering teams to translate high-level concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Process Optimization: Implement DevOps and MLOps best practices to accelerate deployment cycles and ensure system reliability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years leading high-scale technical teams.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust; experience with distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Future Tech Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), computer vision, or autonomous agent architectures.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
