Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision and execution of the 2026 product roadmap, aligning technology trends with business goals.
- Identify, evaluate, and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Quantum Computing, Extended Reality) for future deployment.
- Conduct deep-dive research into industry trends to forecast technological shifts and competitive landscapes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding engineering, design, and productâto translate futuristic concepts into viable products.
- Drive the innovation culture within the organization, encouraging creative problem-solving and risk-taking.
- Present complex technical strategies to executive stakeholders and board members.
- Oversee the lifecycle of pilot programs and proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership.
- Proven track record of leading innovation initiatives and managing long-term product roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential business applications.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and predict future trends.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in agile environments and managing distributed teams.
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Masterâs preferred).
