Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Lead the architectural design and implementation of systems for the 2026 roadmap, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- AI Integration: Design scalable frameworks for integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents into core business processes.
- System Design: Oversee the design of microservices architectures, cloud-native solutions, and edge computing infrastructures.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and junior developers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all systems adhere to the highest standards of cybersecurity and data privacy regulations.
- Performance Optimization: Drive initiatives to reduce latency and optimize computational efficiency for high-volume data processing.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or technical leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in functional programming paradigms.
