You will work directly with C-level executives and lead engineering squads to define the technical standards that will define the decade. Responsibilities
- Lead Architecture: Design and oversee the end-to-end technical architecture for Project 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability.
- Technical Strategy: Define and evangelize technical roadmaps, standards, and best practices for the engineering team.
- Cloud Migration: Spearhead the migration of legacy systems to next-generation cloud-native environments, utilizing Kubernetes and serverless technologies.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor system performance and drive optimizations to ensure sub-millisecond latency for global users.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technologies: Deep expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, Python, Go, or Rust; experience with AI/ML infrastructure is highly desirable.
- Cloud Expertise: Proven track record of designing solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Leadership: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems under tight deadlines.
