- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Spearhead the strategic vision for our technology stack, identifying key trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge Processing that will define the next era.
- System Architecture Design: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, high-performance architecture that supports our projected growth through 2026.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, driving buy-in for long-term initiatives.
- Future-Proofing: Conduct rigorous risk assessments and scenario planning to mitigate potential technological disruptions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and modern programming languages (Python, Go, Rust).
- Strategic Foresight: Proven ability to anticipate industry shifts and translate them into actionable technical strategies.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect or equivalent professional certifications preferred.
