Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Infrastructure: Design and implement robust, distributed systems capable of processing petabytes of data for our 2026 AI models.
- Quantum Integration: Lead the integration of classical computing with emerging quantum algorithms to optimize performance.
- Autonomous Agent Development: Oversee the architecture of self-learning software agents that can adapt to real-world environments without human intervention.
- Security & Compliance: Implement state-of-the-art cryptographic protocols to ensure the integrity and security of future tech assets.
- Roadmap Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for the 2026 initiative, identifying emerging technologies and evaluating their feasibility.
- Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of elite engineers and data scientists in advanced system design principles.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field; or equivalent extensive practical experience.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML or high-performance computing.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, C++, and distributed systems frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Quantum Knowledge: Familiarity with quantum computing concepts, Qiskit, or similar frameworks is a strong plus.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams and managing large-scale technical projects.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
