Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Year 2026 Technology Roadmap, ensuring alignment with long-term organizational vision.
- Lead the architectural design for Quantum-AI Hybrid Systems capable of processing exabytes of data in real-time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Autonomous Agents into core business workflows.
- Establish security protocols for next-gen Decentralized Networks and blockchain integrations.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to future-proof cloud-native architectures.
- Mentor senior engineering talent and foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in systems architecture, software engineering, or AI development.
- Proven expertise in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Quantum Computing concepts.
- Strong background in Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) with a focus on scalability.
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
