Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of scalable, fault-tolerant systems for post-AGI environments.
- Define and implement the technical roadmap for the company's transition to 2026 infrastructure standards.
- Ensure all systems adhere to strict zero-trust security protocols and AI ethical guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum-ready algorithms into legacy systems.
- Optimize network latency and data throughput for global autonomous fleets.
- Mentor senior engineers and establish coding standards for the future generation of developers.
- Conduct rigorous stress testing and disaster recovery planning for mission-critical infrastructure.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 5 years in high-scale distributed systems.
- Expert proficiency in Rust, Go, and Python, with experience in Quantum SDKs.
- Deep understanding of AI alignment principles and safety engineering.
- Strong background in Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architecture.
- Experience with large-scale cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP) in a mission-critical setting.
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field is a significant plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering complex solutions on tight deadlines.
