- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and define clear paths forward.
- Experience leading high-performance teams through complex digital transformations.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
