- Deep knowledge of blockchain consensus mechanisms and smart contracts
- Advanced experience in neural network design and deep learning frameworks
- Certification in zero-trust security frameworks (e.g., CISA, CompTIA)
- Published research in distributed systems or future-tech publications
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent industry innovation track record
