Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Strategic Vision: Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and emerging industry trends.
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable, secure, and resilient systems architecture capable of supporting next-generation technologies.
- Drive Innovation: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic computing, advanced biotech interfaces) to integrate into our core infrastructure.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with R&D, product, and executive leadership to translate high-level concepts into actionable technical strategies.
- Risk Management: Assess technical risks associated with long-term projects and implement mitigation strategies to ensure stability.
Qualifications
- Strategic Experience: 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, system design, or strategic planning with a focus on future trends.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures, AI/ML integration, and quantum computing principles.
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts and proactively adapt organizational strategy.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale technical initiatives.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
