Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ strategic roadmaps by analyzing macroeconomic trends, technological disruptions, and geopolitical shifts
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to forecast market opportunities and threats for 2026-2030
- Design and implement innovation frameworks for emerging tech domains (AI ethics, biotech convergence, etc.)
- Partner with R&D teams to align long-term R&D priorities with business objectives
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and executive narratives
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and identify strategic partnerships for 2026 readiness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario-planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AI) and their business implications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ long-term strategic initiatives implemented
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFS, WFS) strongly preferred
