Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Strategy, aligning technical capabilities with business goals.
- Conduct deep-dive horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Edge Computing) relevant to 2026.
- Lead cross-functional teams to bridge the gap between strategic vision and operational execution.
- Oversee the transition of legacy systems to scalable, future-proof architectures.
- Develop and present quarterly roadmaps to the C-Suite and Board of Directors.
- Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging the exploration of high-risk, high-reward technologies.
- Monitor global tech trends to ensure OmniCorp remains a market leader.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in strategic technology planning, IT management, or digital transformation.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical initiatives and roadmapping.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically AI/ML, Cloud Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity trends.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear strategic directives.
