Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and deploy robust AI infrastructures capable of handling exascale data processing and complex model training.
- Research & Development: Lead the exploration of emerging AI paradigms, including reinforcement learning, generative adversarial networks, and neural-symbolic AI.
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in existing models and implement optimizations to improve inference speed and reduce computational costs.
- Ethical AI Oversight: Establish and enforce frameworks for responsible AI development, ensuring fairness, transparency, and safety in our models.
- Team Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years dedicated to advanced AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Ray, Apache Spark).
- Innovation: Demonstrated history of patenting novel algorithms or publishing in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
