What You'll Do:
Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable AI and machine learning systems tailored for 2026 demands, focusing on high availability and low latency.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Translate business goals into technical roadmaps, identifying emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum-ready algorithms, advanced LLMs) to integrate into our core stack.
- System Optimization: Lead initiatives to optimize data pipelines and model inference, significantly reducing computational costs while improving accuracy.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define product specifications and ensure technical feasibility.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols and ensure adherence to industry standards and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a lead architect or senior engineering role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- AI Mastery: Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models in production environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex system failures and design resilient architectures.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
