Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic AI Architecture: Design and oversee the technical roadmap for advanced AI systems, ensuring scalability, security, and performance for future demands.
- Pioneering Research Implementation: Translate cutting-edge AI research papers into production-ready code and systems, pushing the boundaries of what is currently possible.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders to align AI capabilities with strategic business goals.
- Optimization & Efficiency: Continuously monitor system performance, optimize algorithms for latency and throughput, and implement best practices for large-scale machine learning.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical debt and ethical AI risks, implementing robust safeguards and compliance measures.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a lead architecture role focusing on AI/ML.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, C++, or Rust; strong understanding of deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
- System Design: Proven track record of designing distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data and high concurrency.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Innovation Mindset: A passion for exploring emerging technologies and a demonstrated history of implementing innovative solutions.
