Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable multi-agent systems capable of autonomous decision-making.
- Define the technical roadmap and strategy for AI evolution leading up to 2026.
- Optimize LLM inference pipelines and fine-tune models for specific agent tasks.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate agentic workflows into production.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of agent safety and reliability.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures.
- Experience designing complex distributed systems.
