Responsibilities
- Architect scalable LLM inference pipelines optimized for edge deployment and real-time latency.
- Design and implement autonomous Agentic workflows for complex problem-solving scenarios.
- Curate and synthesize high-quality datasets for pre-training and fine-tuning next-gen models.
- Lead research initiatives into Multimodal AI capabilities (vision, audio, text integration).
- Ensure the robustness, safety, and ethical alignment of future-proof AI systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production environments.
Qualifications
- PhD or MS in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and CUDA.
- Proven experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face, LangChain).
- Experience in designing distributed systems for high-throughput AI workloads.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead technical roadmaps.
