Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in operations, human resources, or strategic management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically AI and automation trends relevant to 2026.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing large-scale organizational change.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategic insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in designing and managing remote and hybrid work environments.
- Relevant advanced degree (MBA or Masterβs in Organizational Development) is highly preferred.
