Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create a comprehensive long-term roadmap for the future of work, analyzing trends in AI, automation, and hybrid collaboration models.
- Workforce Transformation: Lead the digital transformation of our internal processes, ensuring seamless integration of new tools and technologies.
- Change Management: Design and execute communication strategies to drive adoption of new workflows, minimizing resistance and maximizing productivity.
- Talent Strategy: Collaborate with HR to identify skill gaps and develop reskilling/upskilling programs to prepare employees for the roles of 2026.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and partner with top-tier EdTech and HR tech providers to optimize our talent ecosystem.
- Executive Advisory: Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to the C-Suite regarding workforce planning and future risks.
Qualifications
- Strategic Leadership: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, workforce development, or organizational consulting.
- Future-Tech Savvy: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and how they impact the modern workplace.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for diverse stakeholders.
- Project Management: Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives from conception to completion.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and pivot strategies quickly.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
