- Collaborate with the executive team to define KPIs for future-readiness and innovation.
- Design flexible work models that maximize productivity and employee well-being in a remote-first/hybrid future.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to upskill the workforce on future technologies.
- Monitor competitive landscapes to ensure Nexus Horizon remains a leader in innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or high-growth tech environments.
- Deep understanding of the future of work, AI ethics, and digital transformation trends.
- Proven ability to translate complex future concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on predictive modeling and scenario planning.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and change management frameworks.
