Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Lead the end-to-end strategic planning process to define the organizational structure and culture leading up to 2026.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze emerging technology trends (e.g., Generative AI, predictive analytics) to forecast their impact on workforce requirements.
- Hybrid Model Design: Develop and refine hybrid work policies that balance operational continuity with employee well-being.
- Change Management: Spearhead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during digital transformation phases.
- Talent Strategy: Collaborate with HR to design recruitment and retention strategies that attract top-tier talent in a competitive market.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Business Administration (MBA), Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in strategic HR, Organizational Development, or Business Operations.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of AI implementation and its implications for the future of work.
