- Technical SEO Leadership: Oversee the implementation of Core Web Vitals, schema markup, and server-side rendering to ensure seamless indexing by next-gen search crawlers.
- Voice & Semantic Search: Optimize content for natural language processing (NLP) and voice search queries, adapting copy to conversational search patterns.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize advanced analytics to track performance, identify trends, and pivot strategies based on real-time data and algorithm updates.
- Team Mentorship: Train junior marketers and developers on the future of search engine algorithms and best practices for technical implementation.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 7+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of scaling organic traffic and revenue for enterprise-level clients.
- Tech-Savvy: Deep understanding of current and emerging search technologies, including AI, voice search, and semantic web structures.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong grasp of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and server-side technologies (Node.js, Python) to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Certification: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and HubSpot certifications are highly preferred.
- Communication: Ability to articulate complex technical SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
