Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create a comprehensive strategic roadmap for AI integration, identifying key milestones, capabilities, and market opportunities for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Strategic Planning: Analyze market data and competitive intelligence to propose innovative AI solutions that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives and cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Legal) to align technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Emerging Tech Monitoring: Continuously monitor the AI landscape to identify disruptive technologies, such as Generative AI and Autonomous Systems, and evaluate their applicability to our portfolio.
- Resource Allocation: Guide the allocation of R&D resources to ensure maximum ROI on AI initiatives and prevent scope creep in long-term projects.
- Compliance & Ethics: Establish governance frameworks to ensure responsible AI deployment, addressing bias, privacy, and regulatory compliance (e.g., AI Act, GDPR).
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or business development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of current and emerging AI technologies (Machine Learning, NLP, Computer Vision) and their practical business applications.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of translating complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies and clear roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences, from technical engineers to non-technical executives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster a culture of innovation and agility.
