Job Description
We are building the systems that will define the artificial intelligence landscape in 2026 and beyond. At Nexus Horizon, we are not just following trends; we are engineering the next generation of generative intelligence, autonomous agents, and multi-modal AI systems.
We are seeking a visionary Future of AI Architect to join our elite engineering team. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical machine learning research and scalable production infrastructure, ensuring our platforms remain at the cutting edge of the industry.
Why Join Us?
- Impact: Architect the core AI infrastructure that powers our global ecosystem.
- Visionary: Work on problems that don't have obvious solutions yet—the hallmark of 2026-level technology.
- Culture: A high-performance, remote-first culture that values deep expertise and creative problem-solving.
Are you ready to shape the future of AI? Apply now.
Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Infrastructure: Design and implement robust, distributed systems for training and deploying large-scale language models (LLMs) and multi-modal AI agents.
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the technical strategy for next-generation AI capabilities, including reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF) and autonomous decision-making workflows.
- Optimize Performance: Continuously improve model inference latency, memory efficiency, and throughput to ensure real-time user experiences.
- Research Integration: Translate cutting-edge academic research into practical, production-ready algorithms.
- Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to define technical requirements and deliver high-impact features.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols and data governance frameworks to protect sensitive user data.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML systems architecture.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.
- Innovation: Demonstrated ability to work in ambiguous environments and drive innovation in uncharted territory.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
