Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define the long-term technical roadmap for Nexus Future Labs, specifically focusing on innovations required for the 2026 landscape.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research initiatives in Artificial Intelligence, Neural Networks, and Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) to ensure our solutions remain ahead of the curve.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure architectural frameworks for enterprise-level AI deployments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and designers to translate high-level business goals into technical specifications.
- Market Analysis: Monitor global tech trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategic pivots and innovation cycles.
- Talent Development: Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI research, or strategic consulting, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and emerging technologies like Quantum AI.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think several years into the future and anticipate how technology will evolve in the 2026 era.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated history of solving complex, large-scale technical problems with innovative solutions.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
