Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Create and maintain a strategic vision for technology adoption, focusing on scalability, security, and future-proofing.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Computing, Edge Computing) and evaluate their practical application.
- Architectural Oversight: Design complex, scalable systems that align with business objectives and ensure high availability.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive leadership and product teams.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, or technical leadership roles.
- Proven track record of defining long-term technology strategies (5+ years planning horizon).
