Responsibilities
- Define the AI 2026 Roadmap: Create a comprehensive strategic plan outlining key milestones, technologies, and capabilities required to dominate the market by 2026.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into emerging AI trends, including advanced LLMs, autonomous agents, and ethical AI frameworks.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align technical vision with business goals.
- Talent Acquisition & Mentorship: Build and lead a world-class team of data scientists and AI engineers focused on long-term innovation.
- Predictive Analysis: Utilize big data to forecast industry shifts and identify white-space opportunities for product development.
- Policy & Ethics: Establish governance frameworks to ensure responsible AI deployment and compliance with future regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Strategic Tech roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of generative AI models, neural networks, and scalable cloud architectures.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technology roadmaps and executing on complex strategic initiatives.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and pivot strategies based on emerging data.
