Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technical Roadmap, aligning AI capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Lead the design of scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure capable of supporting next-generation workloads.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate emerging technologies (Quantum Computing, Neural Networks) into current workflows.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to futuristic, cloud-native architectures.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Establish best practices for security, privacy, and ethical AI deployment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Proven track record of leading technical strategy and roadmap planning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and major cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, edge computing, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with quantum computing paradigms is a major plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
