Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, next-generation AI models capable of reasoning and autonomous decision-making.
- Lead the integration of Quantum Computing principles into standard Machine Learning pipelines.
- Design robust neural network architectures for high-frequency data processing in smart city environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the company's open-source AI library.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) prototypes.
- Define technical standards and best practices for the AI infrastructure team.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering or AI Research.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Experience with distributed systems and cloud-native deployment (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong track record of publishing research in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.).
