Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and deploy scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure capable of processing petabytes of data for real-time decision making.
- Pioneering Research: Lead the exploration of novel neural architectures and reinforcement learning techniques to solve complex, unsolved problems.
- Model Optimization: Implement advanced quantization and pruning techniques to reduce latency and energy consumption in production models.
- Ethical AI Oversight: Establish and enforce rigorous guidelines for data privacy, bias mitigation, and algorithmic transparency.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with product teams to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into consumer-facing applications.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in deep learning, natural language processing, or computer vision.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA programming. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is required.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and large-scale database management.
