Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-Ready AI Infrastructures: Design and deploy scalable, fault-tolerant systems for autonomous agents and predictive intelligence engines.
- Model Optimization & Deployment: Lead the fine-tuning and deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and multi-modal agents on cloud-native platforms.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, product, and legal teams to define technical roadmaps that align with long-term strategic goals.
- Ethical AI Implementation: Establish governance frameworks and safety protocols to ensure AI autonomy remains aligned with human values.
- Performance Scaling: Optimize inference latency and throughput to handle high-volume, real-time data streams efficiently.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve on emerging technologies (e.g., Neuro-symbolic AI, Quantum-adjacent computing) to innovate our core stack.
Qualifications
- Advanced Degree: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience with Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- System Design: Proven track record of designing high-concurrency systems and microservices architectures.
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of NLP, vector databases, and prompt engineering for complex autonomous agents.
- Problem Solving: Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve unsolved problems in next-gen AI architecture.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
